The National Identity Management Commission has upgraded its National Identity Number enrolment system for Nigerians in the diaspora. The new platform promises faster, more secure, and more reliable services.
All registered front-end partners abroad have been trained on the upgraded system and are required to activate their licenses within 48 hours. Nigerians overseas can now visit any compliant partner for enrolment.
NIMC says a dedicated support team is in place to resolve complaints and has apologised for any inconvenience during the migration process.
Enrolment continues at centres across Nigeria, while NIN holders can also use the NIMC NINAuth mobile app to verify their details and control access to their personal data.
