Ex-Chelsea star Joe Cole has questioned Arsenal’s summer signing Viktor Gyokeres, suggesting the Gunners should have gone for Victor Osimhen instead.
Gyokeres joined from Sporting CP, while Osimhen, heavily linked with Arsenal, ended up at Galatasaray.
Speaking to Hayters TV, Cole said:
“Gyokeres is a good striker, but there’s still a question mark. If Arsenal had landed Osimhen, you’d know exactly what you’re getting—he’s proven at the top level. With Gyokeres, you just can’t be sure yet.”
