Chelsea’s ownership group, BlueCo, have agreed a €20m fee with Brighton for Paraguay international Julio Enciso.
The 21-year-old forward will first link up with Strasbourg—also under BlueCo ownership—before making a move to Stamford Bridge.
Enciso has struggled with injuries since arriving in England, including a torn meniscus that ruled him out for half of last season.
This is the fifth Brighton player Chelsea have signed since 2022, after Cucurella, Caicedo, Sanchez and Joao Pedro.
